Customized Location: Leadership Development Programs can be held at your location or ours at an area conference center or a centrally-located city of your choice.

Results Oriented: The program is formatted to include 2 days every 2 months for 2 years producing long-term cultural-specific results and permanent personal and performance devopment. (For your convenience, weekends can be included as an option.)
Customized Programs: Programs may be customized to include up to 20% culturally-specific material and a guest lecturer from the coporate executive branch level each session.
Continuous Mentoring: The program includes weekly telephone or personal mentoring sessions to evaluate progress, answer questions and coach participants on a personal basis.
Pratical Application: Other important features of the program are assessments, the Leadership Lab, Communication Lab with video and 360° Feedback™
Accountability Ensured: Participants graduate upon extensive testing and interviews with the Leadership Review Board.
The Leadership Development Program: 7 Steps That Lead To Success.
1. Selection/Nomination - process determined in consultation with company leaders and CAPI staff.
2. Assessments - pre-term, mid- and final exam
3. Core Curriculum - includes structured classes based on the latest research in the science of leadership and practical information on how to apply it.
4. Weekly Telephone Coaching - provides continuity and accountability throughout the 2-year process. This vital, unique link is essential to the program's success.
5. Labs - in communication, leadership, plus one area determined by the assessment process. Labs are video-taped and critiqued.
6. Graduation Preparation - includes completion of: Personal Development Strategic Plan; Service project for the Company; Case studies; Development of a Personal Leadership Philosophy; Study and thesis of a historical leader; Demonstrated and evaluated mastery of specific leadership and communication skills; Maintain a mentoring/teaching relationship with a company peer.
7. Graduation - earned by completing projects, passing tests, and appearing before the Leadership Review Board.
